What to expect..

I understand that every child is unique and deserves personalized care. With specialized services tailored for ages 5 to 18, I provide a nurturing environment where young minds can flourish. Whether your child is dealing with anxiety, Emotion regulation, effects of divorce, behavioral issues, grief from losing a loved one or pet, or the pressures of school and social life, I am here to help.

Here's how I work:

  1. Play Therapy Techniques : Play is the language children speak! Incorporating imaginative play into therapy helps children express their feelings, process their experiences, and develop problem-solving skills. It is especially effective for younger children who may have difficulty articulating their emotions verbally.

Target Age Group: 3-12 Years old

  2. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT): CBT helps children and teens understand and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. It is effective for addressing anxiety, depression, and other emotional and behavioral issues.

Target Age Group: 6-18 Years Old

  3. Art Therapy Techniques: Incorporating art into therapy uses creative expression through drawing, painting, and other art forms to help children explore their feelings, develop coping skills, and improve self-esteem.

Target Age Group: 3-18 years old

  4. Social Skills Training: This service helps children develop essential social skills such as communication, cooperation, and conflict resolution. It is especially helpful for children with social anxiety or autism spectrum disorders.

Target Age Group: 5-18 years old

  5. Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques: Teaching children mindfulness and relaxation techniques, such as deep breathing and guided imagery, can help them manage stress and anxiety effectively.
